  Verizon spasm with multiple text messages all saying the same thing. The rep was nice but Verizon needs senior programmers to fix this problem. I've resorted to block messages from Verizon.

  I can't come in because my old phone was completely bricked. I've had that phone for years but I've been thinking of getting an upgrade next year. Although it was more money out of my pocket, Khan made sure that it was as inexpensive as he could. He was very polite, very knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I'd recommend this place to my friends with Verizon.

  I came in to help get my Bluetooth set up but I metSavannah Barnett who gave me the best customer service I have ever received at this location!! To boot I upgraded my phone, I bought the case and screen protector that SHE put on for me. I had to go to back to work and within 30 minutes she had all of my stuff over by the time I got back. This is by far the BEST experience I’ve had at this location and Verizon period!
